Bistrotek was a renovation & change of
use of two existing commercial buildings
in the Westchester section of Los Angeles.
The project included a public restaurant
area, separate dining room, bar, outdoor
seating, and the full commercial kitchen
back of house functions all of which
accommodates 100 guests. The projects

aesthetic follows the intent of the restaurant’s
menu, rustic, unassuming, with natural
materials configured in a unique but
comforting way. One of the major hurdles
