Wildwood’s inimitable success and desire
for greenspace led to S|A’s assignment to
fashion their unique educational approach
into a new structure. The school building is
compacted to preserve landscape and
minimize building footprint area. The class-
rooms are cloistered around botanical
courtyards.The building takes advantage

of prevailing ocean breezes and natural
light throughout. The natural ventilated
parking is hidden below and landscaped
at the perimeter. This moat of landscape
provides a natural security barrier without
the use of fences. The zeppelin main
entrance to the south exhibits a public
theatre and the school lobby.
